On October 3rd, 2018, at the APFF Annual Conference, Paul Ryan gave two conferences.

The first, with Marie-Christine Tétreault, dealt with the practical aspects of the imposition of work in progress (WIP), namely: the modalities of legislative change from fiscal, legal and administrative points of view, the methods used to determine the tax cost of the WIPs, their market value, as well as the calculation of the resulting taxable income and finally the drafting of the mandate agreements and professional fees according to the new rules.
