Born in Montreal, Mtre Lemoine speaks and writes French and English fluently. He has both Canadian and French nationalities. In May 1996, Mtre Lemoine joined the young firm of Ravinsky Ryan. For two years, Mtre Lemoine handled all the cases in the Litigation department. In May 1998 he took on an associate, Mtre Francis P. Donovan, and in 2005 Mtre Roseline Ouellette. Over the years, Mtre Lemoine has developed a particular expertise in the defence of the interests of medium-sized companies working in all the fields of commercial activity in Quebec. In addition to representing his clients in the judicial or administrative courts, he favours arbitration and encourages mediation. He especially appreciates advising his clients in a preventive context.
