Born in Victoria, B.C., Mtre Donovan speaks and writes English and French fluently. He has both Canadian and British nationalities. In May 1998, Mtre Donovan joined the firm of Ravinsky Ryan Lemoine where he practises mainly in civil and commercial litigation.
